Account Deletion Guide
Information regarding account withdrawal and data deletion for Minesweeper Rumble.
How to Delete
You can request account deletion at any time via the following path within the app.
Open App → Settings → Linked Account → Delete Account
Deleted Data
Upon account deletion, the following information will be completely deleted immediately or after a grace period and cannot be recovered.
- Account Information: Profile, nickname, and linked social account information.
- Game Progress: Campaign clear records, level, experience points, and owned currency (Vitalite, NeoCore).
- Friends & Ranking Information: Friend lists, combat power records, and data within the ranking system.
- Saved Settings: Custom user settings such as sound, vibration, and language.
Retained Data
The following data will be retained for a certain period for compliance with relevant laws and service operation before being deleted.
- Payment Records: Retained for 5 years and then deleted in accordance with the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.
- Sanction/Report Records: Retained for up to 30 days and then deleted for the prevention of illegal use and dispute adjustment.
- Compliance: Certain records may be kept to fulfill legal obligations or to resolve disputes.
